Houston Classic Carport

Last update. I understand that we may not agree on how everything was handled, and I am willing to leave that as a difference of opinion. However, that does not change the fact that some of the radio parts are still missing, whether that occurred accidentally or through negligence. My primary concern has simply been getting my parts returned. After two days without a response to my emails, I ultimately had to purchase another new radio and pay to have it installed. I am not referring to simply wiring the radio, which I understand was a separate issue and one I had already agreed to. At this point, I am only asking to be reimbursed for the missing parts and the additional installation expense I incurred as a result. I believe that is a fair and reasonable request, and I would appreciate a response so we can resolve this matter.

Great experience with Houston Classic Carport. The team was responsive, professional, and answered all of my questions throughout the process. It’s refreshing to work with a company that actually cares about its customers.

This business was far more than a place to make you feel like home. Everyone was knowledgeable and very kind. The owner Sabra Johnson made me feel if I was part of the family. If you're ever in need of mechanic or body work on you vehicle this is the place to you. My rating was a 5 but really wish I could have given them a 10. Keep up the Good work and may God continue to bless you guys. Again thanks for a wonderful paint job

I don’t usually leave reviews, but these guys honestly deserve it! Houston Classic Carport did a fantastic job from start to finish. No runaround, no confusion! just straight-up good service. They listened to what I wanted, kept things simple, and delivered exactly what they said they would. What really stood out to me was the quality of their work. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Everything came out solid, clean, and built to last, not rushed or thrown together. Also, just good people. Easy to talk to, respectful, and they actually care about doing the job right. That goes a long way these days. If you want something done right without the headache, I’d definitely KUDOS to Houston Classic Carport!!
